Q. What should i expect when working with Ryan f&T Travel agency?
A. When you contact a representative of Ryan F&T, expect thorough, thoughtful service. Once you have completed travel inquiry form, you will be prompted to schedule a phone consultation within 72 hours of submission. We will discuss your vacation needs in further detail, so bring your wildest dreams and imagination with you to the call! After your consultation, you will receive no more than three proposals, and an advisor will follow up within 72 hours to answer any additional questions.
Q. what are the fees for booking with ryan F&T?
A. Before any research takes place, the client must pay the applicable trip planning fee. Trip planning fees are non-refundable and will not be applied to any portion of your selected vacation.
Trip planning fees for research are good for two weeks. After two weeks, a new trip planning fee will be assessed if a proposal is not selected within 14 days from receipt of the first proposal. Note the schedule of fees below for trip planning, consultation and quotes.
New clients who are referred by past clients will enjoy a 50% discount on trip planning fees.

Q. What are the accepted payment methods?
A. Payments are only accepted via debit or credit card. You will submit a credit card authorization form via our secure payment partner, TravelJoy. Once a payment has been processed, the travel advisor will email a receipt to the email address on file for the trip.
Q. Why should i get travel insurance?
A. Travel insurance provides financial reimbursement for trip cancellation, interruption and delay resulting from covered reasons such as illness or bad weather; and for baggage loss and/or delay. It also provides medical insurance and medical evacuation benefits when covered parties become ill or injured while traveling.
Q. Does Ryan F&T offer payment plans?
A. Yes. When you are contacted for your phone call consultation, please let the advisor know that you are interested in making payment arrangements for your vacation. No payment plans may be made for quote requests that are less than 30 days from the departure date.
